G-DRILL

For both the farmer and contractor the G-Drill offers an all round seed drill for both grassland and arable establishment, direct or into cultivated seed beds.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

Turbo Jet Applicator

Metering and distribution is provided via a Stocks AG Turbo Jet seeder. Standard with a 400ltr hopper, an optional 1,000L metal hopper is available. Electronically controlled via the 4.3” colour touch screen i-CON system for ultimate accuracy. Air flow comes from twin digital brushless 12v electric fans, however it can be specified with an optional hydraulic fan for even more airflow, a useful upgrade for those looking to drill grain seed up to 200kg/ha. An ISObus controlled option is also available if preferred.

Vector Discs

The rubber mounted “Vector” disc is the major feature of the drill with is 400mm diameter and 4° angle it provides a superb cutting action allowing seed to be placed at a constant depth via the seed tube and coulter.


 

Hydraulic Weight Transfer System

Another standard features are the variable hydraulic weight transfer system that increases coulter pressure by transferring weight from the tractor via a hydraulic linkage controlled by the operator in the tractor cab.


 

Choice of 450/500mm diameter Star Ring or 600mm Flat rear roller for slot closure and seed to soil contact.
Other enhancement options are front Shattaboard or Long Finger Harrow as well as a rear Long Finger Harrow.
